INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “Regulation”), this page describes the methods for processing the personal data of users who consult the Minucoop Società Cooperativa website accessible electronically at the following address: https://www.minucoop.it/
This information is also formulated in implementation of Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the Article 29 Working Party adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link.
This information does not concern other sites, pages or online services accessible through hypertext links that may be published on the site.

LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
The personal data indicated on this page are processed as necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the owner to ensure the regular functioning of the web services offered and to obtain statistical information on visits and use of the services themselves (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the Regulation), as necessary for the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Article 6, par. 1, lett.b) of the Regulation) in order to respond to requests sent to us and on the basis of consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Regulation) in order to send newsletters relating to our products.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), some information regarding the geolocation of the request and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment (fingerprint).
This information is not collected not for the purpose of being associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could allow users to be identified.
These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of: obtaining statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors per time slot or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.); check the correct functioning of the services offered.
The data (log-files, traffic data) could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site, and for the same reason kept by the ISP (Internet Service Provider, Internet connectivity provider) and by the web host.
Data communicated by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses indicated on the site involves the acquisition of the sender’s contact data (e-mail address) necessary to reply, as well as all the personal data included in the communications. The processing in question does not require the acquisition of consent since it is necessary for the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures at the request of the interested party in order to respond to requests received by us; therefore the provision of data is to be considered necessary for the exhaustion of the request: failure to provide the same would make it impossible to follow up the request received.
Sending messages does not imply automatic subscription to mailing lists for promotional or commercial purposes.
The data collected in this way are kept for the time strictly necessary to respond to the messages. In the event that a commercial relationship is established, the data will be kept at least for the entire duration of the relationship itself.

Filling out the form in the appropriate area of the site involves the acquisition of the sender’s contact data (name, surname, company and e-mail address). The processing in question does not require the acquisition of consent since it is necessary for the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures at the request of the interested party in order to respond to requests for information received by us; therefore the provision of data is to be considered necessary for the exhaustion of the request: failure to provide the same would make it impossible to follow up the request received.

This activity is possible on the basis of your consent, which you can express by clicking on “I give consent” in the appropriate contact form.
Your data will be used only and exclusively to send these types of information and you can decide at any time to no longer receive further messages and communications by clicking on the appropriate link in each message, thus expressing the opt-out and revoking your consent.
RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA
The navigation data are stored by the ISP (Internet Service Provider) and by the web host (subject that hosts the web server on its own physical machines) which keep them according to the times provided for by the legislation.
The personal data collected following receipt of messages, through the form and for the purpose of newsletters are also processed by internal staff authorized by the Data Controller, who acts on the basis of specific instructions provided for the purposes and methods of the processing itself.
Profiling is not carried out and the data collected are not subject to automated decision-making processes, moreover the data are not subject to transfer to third countries outside the European Union or to international organizations.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS AND RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
The interested parties have the right to obtain from the Data Controller, in the cases provided, access to their personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (articles from 15 to 22. of the Regulation).
Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this site takes place in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for example the Guarantor for the protection of personal data), as required by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to refer the matter to the appropriate courts (Article 79 of the Regulation).
