Accessibility statement

After a thorough technical and manual analysis of the pages and functionalities, we create a complete, clear, and compliant declaration in accordance with European regulations (EAA, WAD), informing the user about the website’s accessibility level and any planned improvements.

Compliance status

Based on the automated and manual tests carried out on all public pages of the website, the main structural elements and dynamic components, it is declared that the website is not compliant with the accessibility requirements set by the European Accessibility Act (EAA).

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is currently not compliant with WCAG 2.1 requirements, for the following reasons:

  • The website has structural issues in the header and footer, such as the absence of semantic tags and essential ARIA landmarks for user orientation;
  • Dynamic elements (such as menus, carousels, search bar) are not fully accessible: they lack labels, ARIA roles, or proper keyboard behavior;
  • Some visual non-text content (such as images and icons) lacks appropriate text alternatives, making it difficult to understand for users relying on assistive technologies;
  • Keyboard navigation is incomplete or ineffective in several areas of the website: some elements are unreachable or lack visible focus indication;
  • Text and background colors and contrasts do not always ensure easy readability, especially for visually impaired users;
  • Several form field labels, buttons, and links are missing or not descriptive, compromising the experience for screen reader users;
  • The heading hierarchy is not always respected, causing disorientation during reading and assistive navigation.

Planned corrective actions

A technical adjustment plan is underway to progressively resolve the issues listed above. The goal is to bring the website www.minucoop.it/ into full compliance with the European Accessibility Act (EAA) within the established deadlines.

During this transition phase, the customizable accessibility widget InclusivitySite EasyAccess, based on Iubenda technology, will be integrated into the site to help address some unresolved structural issues, offering support for an improved browsing experience.

Declaration drafting

This declaration was drafted on July 16, 2025.

The evaluation, based on WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria, was carried out using the AccessAudit InclusivitySite service by Internetimage, through:

  • Automated analysis using the custom InclusivitySite software;
  • Manual and technical analysis carried out by qualified personnel;
  • Source code and interactive behavior verification.

This declaration will be updated following any substantial website modification, or at least annually. A new evaluation will be carried out at the end of the corrective actions to certify full compliance.
